We talked alot. We agreed that we still had alot to work out. We're going to go find a counselour, probably sometime this week, and start going to couples therapy.
I'm not sure that I'm happy about going back to a counselour, but hopefully this works out better in the end.

I think this is a good idea, since the worst of your issues seem to be communication issues. Once you're communicating well, you can work the rest out on your own.
