It depends entierly on the dish. I have no problem with salads and steamed veggies and fresh veggies and stuff.. but not all vegetarian food sits well with me. I think Tofu (and most tofu derivatives) taste really nasty. But I like vegetable lasagna. For me, that steamed zucchini dish just didn't taste right.
I don't agree with the vegetarian diet. We're born to be omnivores and I suspect that means that it's our lot in life to eat meat. I've nothing against eating HEALTHY, but if you're careful, meat isn't only healthy, but may be healthier for you (and fill you up better) than a vegetarian diet. Don't even get me started on the vegan diet. I think that's just insane. No eggs, no cheese, no meat, no fish... I think I'd simply get BORED of soy products as my only source of protein and if you do and don't eat enough soy, than you AREN'T eating healthy!
