Hey Howard,
Buffalo has several CSAs, I've belonged to Buffalo Organics/ Native Offerings CSA for about 10 years now. I agree with all of the above, and will add that getting a farm share really causes you to stretch your cooking skills. You have to identify and put to good use some veggies you may never have seen. You may need to find ways to eat something you aren't too crazy about. I learned to love braised greens, how to cook with Celeriac, and how to make and store pesto because of the farm. Oh, and Kim Chi. Enjoy your shares! It's really worth it.
