The thing with equal playing fields is the suggest that ANY Of us start on equal playing fields.

I can't speak for every white male out there, but I know I worked damn hard to get where I am now. I've received a couple of lucky breaks, but as far as I can tell, they've been more to do with the status of the company (and my own work experience) than they were my skin color and sex.
