Nope, they're not prepared for this sort of thing. They should be better prepared for at least a few inches, but they're not even close to that. Which is why I'm glad that for once, fedgov actually closed yesterday instead of the usual unscheduled leave/delayed arrival. It just wasn't worth it for the majority of people to take that kind of risk trying to get in.
