Physical Possibilities

*Kristen drops a piece of bread, It lands butter side up.*
K: I didn't think that was supposed to happen.
H: No, there's always a small probability that the bread can land butter side up. Unless you tied it to Epiphany and dropped them, then it would be in static flux.
K: And neither would ever land.
H: Well.. I guess it depends on the cat. I'm sure, with Bsby, it'd land Butter side down.
K: *giggle*
H: With Baby looking all "Huh? What happened? What's going on?"
K: *giggles more* One of us needs to post that.
H: OK. :)

Did you actually /have/ this conversation at 5-something in the morning?

It sounds like a conversation Oliver and I would have. :)

Yes, and exactly. (Neither of us were sleeping well, but we're just waking up for the second time now.)

Glad you got extra sleep, then.

Yay for earlymorning sillies. :)

See, I thought the theory went that the cat/toast machine would reach dynamic equilibrium, with infinite harvestable energy in the form of the cat and toast spinning in a circle trying to hit the floor first.
