CDs I'm willing to get rid of if anyone wants

As some of you may or may not be aware, in a comment to one of [livejournal.com profile] kareila's recent journals, I said I'd go through my CDs and pull out the ones I simply won't listen to again.
I have a shoebox full of CDs.
I'll list them below.
Order is, basically, first come/first serve. Though my brother gets first picks, since he lives here.
Anyone who wants me to ship a CD to them, I'm willing to, but if you could, could I beg you to cover S&H costs? This COULD get expensive. :)

If there is stuff left over (and I don't doubt there will be), I'm not sure what I'll do. Maybe try to donate it to the library or something. Otherwise, some of this stuff I may have to throw out.

Janitor Bob and the Armchair Cowboys - Come See Our Elephant
Kids in the Hall / Brain Candy Sountrack
Rhino Instant Party Disc: Extra Strength ("Party" hits of the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s

The Wedding Singer Soundtrack
Sybersound - Dance Mixes vol. 3
Poke'mon: The Movie - The Power of One Soundtrack (Hey, it had a Weird Al song on it. :P )

Sabrina the Teenage Witch soundtrack

Cusco - Best of Cusco (Sorry, [livejournal.com profile] kareila. I thought I'd like it, but I never cared for it myself.)
Lost in Space Movie Soundtrack
Party Mix ("Dance Compilations of Beatles hits, Abba hits, Motown hits, Grease, 80s hits and a bit more)
Cherry Poppin' Daddies - Zoot Suit Riot
The Brian Setzer Orchestra - The Dirty Boogie
Blink-182 - Enema of the State (I only like three songs from this album and I have them on mp3.)
Green Day - Nimrod (same)
The Big 80s - The Big Movies (Not as cool as I thought when I got it)
Club Mix: The 90's (24 "big" 90s dance hits)

Afro Celt Soud System - Real World
Mortal Kombat Annihiliation Soundtrack (don't ask me how.. but I have two)

Harvey Danger - Where have all the merrymakers gone?
London Records - Hot On the Block (Something I got when I was a DJ to get us to listen to new stuff out of England)
Club Mix '97 (like Club Mix: the 90's)
Hootie and the Blowfish - Fairweather Johnson
Men at Work - Brazil (Men at Work Live.. but I only like two of their songs)
Blues Traveler - four
MTV 120 Minutes Live (They have a live version of Particle Man which is lackluster... like the rest of the album)
Halloween Rocks ( a selection of Halloween'ish songs)
Barenaked Ladies - One Week Single
Bicycle - Souveneior
Levellers - Levellers
Catharsis - Christmas Cards from the war
The almighty ultrasound - Sonic Bloom

Cher - Believe Single
PDQ Bach - An Evening with P.D.Q. Bach
Fastball - All the Pain Money Can Buy
The Wallflowers - Bringing Down the Horse

That's okay, I didn't like it much either.

I might be interested in PDQ Bach... maybe the One Week single, depending on what else is on it... and the Wedding Singer soundtrack.

bah!

Oh, you can have it, I suspect you want it more. :) Mostly I want a couple of MP3s off of it.

Re: bah!

[identity profile] lite.livejournal.com 2002-04-14 04:58 pm (UTC)(link)
Which ones? Maybe I can oblige :)

Ack! They're all on Volume 2. Nevermind. :)

The One Week Single has
1) One Week (Remix)
2) When You Dream (Home Demo)
3) Shoe Box (Live)

That's why I'm willing to get rid of it. :)

I'd be interested in TMBG - Lincoln, Celtic Moods, Fastball, Cherry Poppin' Daddies, The Brian Setzer Orchestra, and the LITE one.

I dunno if any of these have already been claimed. I didn't look first. [livejournal.com profile] kolys may wanna add more, but he can post himself. :)

I'm rather pondering the Levellers one, actually, and maybe the Harvey Danger... I remember there was a particular HD song that came out in the second half of '98 (or thereabouts) that was great, but I can't for the life of me remember the title. If you know whereof I speak... is that one on there?

Oh, wait - I remember. And it is indeed on there. And if "Flagpole Sitta' is at all representative of the rest of the album, I think I could definitely go for that.

Also, if nobody else claims them, we could certainly go for the TMBG ones - I know very little TMBG that's not on 'Flood', but I like most of 'Flood', so I'm certainly not opposed to hearing more of their material.

OK, so I could have shortened this comment once I remembered what I was trying to remember... but where's the fun in that? :)

Tash wants the Pokemon soundtrack--is that the FIRST movie?

Whatever's electronica, uh...Hole..Madonna..you can toss them my way. Email for addy, do you send postage due or what?

[identity profile] lite.livejournal.com 2002-04-15 05:25 am (UTC)(link)
No, I think it's the second Pokemon movie.
It's whatever movie Weird Al wrote "Polkamon" for.
Postage due? I hadn't considered. Did you want me to try that?

[identity profile] dustkitten.livejournal.com 2002-04-15 09:37 am (UTC)(link)
Nah, if it's not the first movie, then Tash won't want it.

[identity profile] lite.livejournal.com 2002-04-15 10:49 am (UTC)(link)
OK. No prob.
