I'll have to investigate on the server side, see if the logs show something. I typically poke at failed imports in the evening.
I already asked about if you've done the mass-security change thing, and you haven't. That's the only outstanding bug I know of, so it's really strange that you're having import troubles -- specifically the 'repeated requests' error. :(
Anyway, I'll poke at it today/tonight and see if I can figure out what's going on. You don't have to delete your imported entries, or try again, I don't think that'll do much good at this point.
