So... as of today, the Great Lakes Summer Institute is officially over. In a way I'm sad. In a way I'm glad. I enjoyed the course (for the most part) and learning new things and all. I enjoyed the people and the field work and all in all it was a positive experience. What I DID NOT enjoy was 6+ hours of class a day. Ugh. Too much. :P All in all, it was a positive experience, though, and I'm glad I was part of it.

I think I'll take tommorow off, though, and recuperate.
It'll give me a chance to get some things down too.. like to go downtown to a shop near my grandmother's to look for a bicycle. Because it is officially TOO HOT to work out indoors and it's killing me, so I'm going to try biking outside where there tend to be breezes and such instead.

I feel really random today. Not sure why.

So, I realized i liked that one recent post about honesty so much, I'm trying to write it up into html and put it on my web page.
Somewhere along the way, it transmogrified slightly... what I end up posting will be... somewhat to majorly different than what I posted. Dunno yet. Guess I'll see.
I have a plan of adding a few other "rants" in there. Maybe clean up my rant on equality and maybe one about what it means to be me (dunno exactly how that one'll work, but I have a rather cool idea.)

Not much else to say, so I guess I'll post.

Alright... I'm happy with my first "rant" based on yesterday's post about Truth and Honesty.
I've fleshed it out some and posted it to my web page.
I leave the link here for anyone who might want to check it out, read and offer thoughts and/or criticism.
