Remember that every day is a new day to do well by yourself; to eat well, to exercise, to eat enough but not too much.

Every day you do right by yourself, your body can reward you for your good choices with better health, fitness and, yes, being thinner.

There's 1,000 reasons to do right by yourself.. better health, less chance of being sick, having the energy to live an active lifestyle, looking better, feeling better. What are your reasons?

YOU can do this! You are ultimately in control of your choices. It's you that can put down the brownies. It's you that can say no to the donuts. It's you that can go outside and run or go to the gym and bike or swim or.. whatever.

Every day, YOU choose whether or not you'll do right by yourself. Choose Wisely. The one who will benefit.. or suffer.. from the consequences of those actions is you.
