The feeling I get is that the Seed Accounts are going to be very popular, so if you don't get there as close to 9 AM as possible Friday, you COULD be shut out.
Though, if you ARE shut out, tis not the end of the world. You can still get a Premium Paid Account which gives you exactly the same stuff Seed account gives, the same number of pictures and other options, but you just have to keep your account paid up.
