So, anyways...
Josh graduated yesterday. He's graduated from high school. The ceremony was good, if long and the post-graduation dinner my mom had at Jon's Flaming Hearth was great (Jon's is a steakery where the average meal is $15, but it's worth it. Not how I'd like to eat every day, but it was good nonetheless.)
Otherwise, not much going on, we're gonna try to do some wallpapering today and I go to work in 40 minutes or so. I'll probably bike to work.

And a hearty welcome to mi_bonita_gato (My pretty kitty?) and happy birthday to lorelei.

I can see no reason for us not to go -- IF we can afford it. The ticket prices are scarily expensive for 2 people, as I recall. Something like $50, if I'm not mistaken. But I very much WANT to go. I've been looking forward to this since we first started talking about it. Hopefully we'll work something out.

OK, here's the deal with tickets. I can get a discounted price thru AAA.
It'd cost $22 per person. (compared to $31 at the gate and, I think, $26 thru Tops)
So, yeah, between Kolys and yourself, that'd be $44, not including whatever you spend at the park.

You're having a birthday party and you didn't invite me? Also - you should check out the campsites for Darien Lake. When I used to go there from Cornell, two days of park admission and one night of camping was less than $20 a person -- although that /was/ before Six Flags took over. But it still might be cheap.

Reading back over journals...had a thought. Did you ask me about doing t-shirts or something for this? When is it? I have a couple of things I meant to do for the party here that never got done, so maybe they can be moved to yours.

I did ask you to help me to do t-shirts again if you don't mind.
Marky says he knows where to go and we'll prolly try to sell them on Chaotic so we can get the minimum number of shirts sold, but we still need a design or two.
The current date (and keep an ear to Marky to see if this changes any, hopefully not) is August 10th, though it'd probably be best to get everything done before Marky leaves Seattle.
It will be taking place at Six Flags Darien Lake.
Current ChaoticMUX participants are: Myself, Trillian, Kareila, Alierak, sTiLe, Scottydoggie, Marky and I'd add Star and Kolys because even if they don't go to Darien Lake, they're offering housing. POSSIBLY Phinnia and Kolys, but I still haven't heard fromt hem.
