if this apartment DOESN'T work then I can give them thirty days notice before the first of the month telling them, I'll move out at the end of the month and then.. that's it.. no problems with needing to pay for the apartment until it's rented. If that's true then that's a major load off mymind.
In that case, get the hell out of there. Do it. You don't get an opportunity like that very often when you're renting. Don't pass it up, get out while you can.
