1. What year was it?
It was 1989 through 1993.
2. What were your three favorite bands?
I listened to alot of completely different stuff in High School. In 1989, I listened to the radio. In 91 and 92, I listened to classical and PDQ Band. In 1992 through.. now, I found TMBG, Barneked Ladies and Moxy Fruvous.
I'll say the last three, but it's not fair throughout all of high school.
3. What was your favorite outfit?
Whatever was comfortable. Jeans. "Cool" T-shirt or sweatshirt (though my definition of cool was pretty oddball). Sneakers.
4. What was up with your hair?
Same thing as it ever was. I think I've had the same basic hair style for 29 years, except for a few years in college that I tried to grow a tail.
5. Who were your best friends?
Adva Epstein and Todd Freyburger. Both good eggs who did chemistry early with me. Study buddies, dance dates, just cool people to chill with.
6. What did you do after school?
Worked. Alot. I had a steady job, of some sort or other since Middle School. Then I helped out around the house. Then I did homework. If I was lucky, I'd go out and do something social, but I had very little social life until college.
7. Where did you work?
Uh... in basically choronological order: Paperboy with the Buffalo News, Burger King (Got fired for eating food - they made an "Example" of me) and Dishwaher for the Port of Entry
8. Did you take the bus?
Yes. Every day until senior year in which I usually got a ride home with Todd.
9. Who did you have a crush on?
Adva...
a girl named Stephanie who was smart AND Cute but would have nothing to do with me.
Oh, and a girl named Stacey who was very cute, smart AND Jewish.
10. Did you fight with your parents?
Oh god yes.
11. Who did you have a CELEBRITY crush on?
Not really that type.
12. Did you smoke cigarettes?
No. Don't drink, don't smoke. What did I do?
13. Did you lug all of your books around in your backpack all day because you were too nervous to find your locker?
With all the books I had? HELL NO! My locker was my best friend. I stopped by between most of my classes and shifted around everything.
14. Did you have a 'clique'?
I suppose, yeah. Adva, Todd and I were our own little clique. We weren't cool or anything.
15. Admit it, were you popular?
*snigger* *giggle* *falls off his chair laughing*
That would be a no.
16. Who did you want to be just like?
My grandfather, Bobby.
17. What did you want to be when you grew up?
I was going to be a paleontologist through a lot of high school until my mom bashed those dreams (I'll never understand why she did that), then an astronomer of some sort. Finally, in my senior year, I found my true calling: Computer Programming *snigger*
18. Where did you think you'd be at the age you are now?
Married, working full time someplace, making lots of dough and being alot more comfortable.
I'm in the right direction, but I never dreamed 10 years of college, three different majors and a number of the twists and turns in the path that was my life.
