So far, so good.
I weighed myself this morning (after spending most of yesterday on the damn toilet and most of last night waking up to take a piss) and my weight had bounced back down to 252. Hopefully I keep it there or lower tommorow and through the rest of the week.
If the world is a fair place, I will.
But then, heck, that's half the point of this Weight Loss Challenge... to find out whether the plateau was because of my eating habits or just that... I'm on a plateau and... I'm not getting off it until... I dunno, the body's ready.
By my guess, if the world is a fair and just place, I should lose 1 or 2 lbs. this week.
2 lbs. would be nice.
2 lbs. would get me down to 250.
As I see it, there are three ends to this experment.
1) My weight goes up this weekend ANYWAYS. (Not the conclusion I want. Not at all.)
2) My weight stays constant throughout the week (OK. But also not great.)
3) I go down by 1 or 2 lbs. (This is the prefered end)

So far, so good.
*hopes more*

Two problems today: 1) I worked the 60 minutes of cardio and lower weight training, sat down to work and was STIFF. Still a bit stiff, but not terrible, I guess.
The other problem is, like I said, I kept waking up last night, so was damn exhausted. Like.. a half an hour to an hour after I worked out, I was REALLY tired. I mean REALLY tired! So I came home, took a nap and I still don't feel like I've fully woken up. Meh.

Oh well.
2 days (nearly) down.
5 to go.
Wish me luck!
