I have a mostly healthy view of food, and don't tend to separate it into good and bad, and eat a wide variety of stuff. That said, I am prediabetic, and so eating a lot of sweets or carbs is generally bad for me. I usually have it in moderation, but lately I just seem to be eating more than I should, and it makes me feel crabby later.
