Odd Dream

I had a really odd dream that starred.. some of you.. last night.
I thought I'd post it, for fun. :)

Apparently [livejournal.com profile] kareila, [livejournal.com profile] alierak, [livejournal.com profile] trillain, arabella and sTiLe and I all lived in the same town. And we got it in our heads to create a personal space craft. We split into two teams.
ara, kar and rak went off to work on some parts while stile, trillian, myself and.. some other guy... worked on something else.
I get worried that ara, Kar and someone else (maybe Rak) might finish with us but someone (maybe me) says "That's Silly. They can't. We have the other half of the spacecraft."
So it's time to get back together and put the spaceship together. I call kar's cell phone, but she doesn't answer. We end up driving back to sTiLe's house because I THINK that's where we are supposed to meet. His mom recognizes me and says hi. I call Jen's cell phone again. No answer. So we start playing Super Smash Brothers Melee. sTiLe tries to explain how you have to unplug the controllers now and then for maximum gameplay.
I get the idea to call home. So I call the operator and tell her my home phone number. My mom picks up. I ask her if Jen (Kar's real name) called and she says "No."
So, now I'm REALLY worried. We go back to my house.
A few minutes after we all get back to my house, when two sleek black spacecraft descend from the sky and Jen, Rak and Dr. Weber (one of my RL professors) get out of one. Apparently, Dr. Weber had done alot of work and, between them, they finished not one but two working space craft.
I'm a little saddened that all our work never made it in.
I then suggest we split up and those who know how to pilot the crafts show those of us who don't how to fly, but Dr. Weber nixes it, saying he'll teach us what we need to do.
Then we do some odd experiment for finding the turbidity in air.
In the end, I woke up before we got to fly it, despite the fact that I was desperate to jump in and start flying.
So that was my dream!
Weird, no?

Sounds to me like a mixture of your desires as an engineer, a love of Nintendo, and maybe fears about what might happen to ChaoticMUX? Definitely interesting.

At least in the waking world I answer my cell phone. :)

You may be right at some of your translation. It does reek of engineering.
Something like the time travel dream I had earlier, which was just as weird, if not weirder. Especially when we went too far and ended up in NOTHINGNESS because we had gone to a time before THE UNIVERSE EXISTED!

Would you answer the cell phone if you were in SPACE, though?
That's (I assume) why you never answered your cell phone in the dream. Because you were up in space, flying around and doing things :)
Lucky girl ;)
I was really hoping to go back to that dream, get into the spaceship and fly off, but, alas.. it was not to be.

And if you CAN answer your cellphone in space, I want to know who your carrier is. I can't even get a signal in Building 11 of the College campus.
