Wow, what a Season

Looks like the Pats are out of the Superbowl this year, which is.. suprising.
Then again, the Bills were bottom of the conference this year with an 8-8 record, so that really says something about our conference.
It was interesting to hear Coach William yesterday. Apparently, he has a four or five year plan to take us from the losers we were last year to a superbowl team. And I believe he can do it since we've made pretty big strides this year (from 3-13 to 8-8. Yeah, that's pretty good.)
He was saying, among other things, that bringing Drew in has possibly moved his schedule up a year, but I find that hard to believe since I think we STILL need to find a new quarterback and train him. Drew is good, but he's old as far as QBs go and he'll only be with the Bills for.. well, I dunno how long.
Also, I'm not sure if he's lost his touch or if his catchers aren't all that, but Drew, as I've said before, in the second half of the season was not nearly as succesful as Drew in the beginning of the season. Dunno why.
Definately been an up and down season. In the beginning, it looked up. We kept winning majorly, even if it was in overtime. The latter half.. well...
So what do I expect to see next season?
I expect a special teams overhaul. Special Teams has ranged from total crap to just OK. Never spectacular. So I think we'll see a fairly different special teams unit next year.
Offensive line, i think, will get a minor overhaul. They did better this year than last, but still need work.
Defense might get some tweaking. They were pretty good this year.
I think Travis Henry is gone, if possible. He DOES move well on the field, but he keeps losing the ball and that is most definately NOT a good thing.
We may even pick up a new young QB to start training.. if not next year, then soon, I'd guess.
So, now that the season is over. It's probably time to retire this LJ picture.

For those wondering where I've been and why I haven't posted lately, it's because I've been busy, not with work so much as with vacation. Also, I've pulled out Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 which is why I'm not on much at night.
I suspect this will be my last post of the year, so...
