Dork-A-Thon Update

Also, while I'm thinking about it and have a little extra time.
I'm really excited about the Dork-A-Thon we're planning for mid July. It's going to be tons of fun fun fun :)
It, currently, already appears to be about as big as last year's party was (which means all the headaches getting things together that I had last year, but last year was FUN and I only have good memories of it, so I'm sure this will work :) )
I've already got "probably will be there"s from trillain, kareila, dawnstar, kolys (and possibly ecwoodburn as she's asked to join), xb95 and janinedog and a couple of "I really want to be there"s from lawchicky and tunoddenrub.
That is 10 of us (as so far) compared to the 12 from the last year (albeit, not at one time... 10 at Darien Lake and 9 in Rochester)
This will be great fun :D I'm certain of it! :D

The big thing for me will be finances. Outside of that, it's not like getting out to Buffalo is any sort of huge issue for me. *g*

I know you can't haul me up there. It's just that every time you post about it, you mention that X or Y might make it up, or you hope Z or A can make it. And I'm never mentioned.

You're right. I DON'T mention you. The reasons are fairly self-evident (as in, as you and I both know, unless a miracle happens between now and then, you won't be able to come.).
I'm not trying to leave anyone out of the equation.
There are ALOT of people I'd like to see come visit me: You and Jill, Dustkitten, Sorth and Vissith and Aello. But chances aren't good that you'll be able to come visit me or, conversely, that I'll be visisting you any time soon.
I wish it were different. Maybe there'll be a next time where it IS different.
Don't take it to heart, Rhayden. I'm not leaving you out of the equation out of malice or nastiness... just the reality that you probably can't come.
