The Digital Camera Dance

OK, not to be TOO annoying, but..
*ahem*
I GOT A DIGITAL CAMERA! I GOT A DIGITAL CAMERA! I GOT A DIGITAL CAMERA!
hehehehehe.
It's my birthday gift from my mom, my brother and myself (myself since I'm paying about $120 since Digital Cameras aren't cheap.) It's a Fuji. I've already started playing with it (They gave it to me early, I think, becuause it's expected I'll use it to photograph our cats) this morning, taking flash photos of our cats. I've already learned how to use it with flash, with red eye reduction and delete photos I don't like. Tonite, I'll go and try to put the photos I took this morning onto my computer.
I'm so ecstatic. I've wanted a Digital Camera for a while, now I've got one :)

At the same time, i got a copy of Catz 4 (yes a virtual cat) for $10 cause it really did look cute. :) It looks cute, I hope I enjoy it :)
In other news, I'm going to go visit Dave in about half an hour, since he's at home hanging out and being, basically, bored out of his skull. He could really use the company. So I'll come over, we'll chat... whatever.
The diet is going... OK. It's tough. Luckily, I DO want to do this or I would not be doing it at all.
Not much else going on in my life.
I think I'll end this.

Hey, did I mention I'm not totally giving up sweets? I'm not.. that is diet suicide. Just watching fat content and calorie content of my food and keeping away from evil things like Burger King Fries.

A word of advice for your family - the freezer works wonders. :) If there's too much, just wrap it up and heat it later on. That's what we usually do, given that the majority of recipes are for 4 people, and we are, at present, 2 1/2 people.
And I'd have a horrible time. I /crave/ Burger King Fries. I think it's a salt thing. Blame it on the pregnancy. :)
