I'd hardly call myself a MySQL and PHP wizard, but with the help of the book I bought Friday (PHP: Fast & Easy Development: 2nd Edition), I have successfully written some basic scripts to do everything I want to do with my mp3 database, from creating a playlist matching what I currently have (sorting by artist and song name, such as my full playlist and by album when I have full albums to display and a script that will search through the database for a band name, song name or album (though I'll probably only put the album tag on something I expect to be displaying by album. Otherwise, I'll probably not deal with it.)
What's left to do, then, is to advance my scripts a little, get
xb95 to allow me access to MySQL... and then I guess I can start.
I dunno when I'll be ready to start. A day or two, probably. Want to write an authentication script so that ONLY I can actually modify the list.
That's it!
*does a dance since he was able to figure things out quickly*
