I'm all for anti-war protests.
But you don't need to be a pain in the ass to protest. I can only imagine how much of a pain it is for your average law abiding citizen to find himself stuck in traffic because protesters have decided to block busy intersections.
The lesson: Protest Good.. if done properly. Signs good. Speeches good. Marching good.
Being a public nuisance... bad.

Also, while I'm thinking about it and have a little extra time.
I'm really excited about the Dork-A-Thon we're planning for mid July. It's going to be tons of fun fun fun :)
It, currently, already appears to be about as big as last year's party was (which means all the headaches getting things together that I had last year, but last year was FUN and I only have good memories of it, so I'm sure this will work :) )
I've already got "probably will be there"s from [livejournal.com profile] trillain, [livejournal.com profile] kareila, [livejournal.com profile] dawnstar, [livejournal.com profile] kolys (and possibly [livejournal.com profile] ecwoodburn as she's asked to join), [livejournal.com profile] xb95 and [livejournal.com profile] janinedog and a couple of "I really want to be there"s from [livejournal.com profile] lawchicky and [livejournal.com profile] tunoddenrub.
That is 10 of us (as so far) compared to the 12 from the last year (albeit, not at one time... 10 at Darien Lake and 9 in Rochester)
This will be great fun :D I'm certain of it! :D
