Dork-A-Thon Update

So here's the updated information for Dork-A-Thon plans
Let's try to confirm so I can do things on this end (like get hotel rooms :p)
Feel free to correct me if I get it wrong..

Arrival and Departure
Let's try to set an Arrival Date.
The Forces of Pie (sans Trill who will arrive on Saturday) should be here by Friday July 18 by 9:00 PM.
That way, we can get get people fed (Dinner out, maybe) before Midnight Bowling.
kareila, alierak, coderlemming, xb95 and janinedog will all come over from Boston sometime on the 18th in, assumedly, two cars.
kareila, alierak, and coderlemming will depart on the 20th back to Boston
xb95 and janinedog will depart on the 21st to Seattle.

dawnstar, kolys, and ecwoodburn will come over from Rochester on the 18th.. again, nominally by 9:00 PM is best though we (kholnuu and I) should be there all afternoon.
dawnstar, and kolys will head back Saturday Night (the 19th), having done Midnight Bowling and Lasertron
ecwoodburn will (I think) stick around until Sunday

kholnuu will arrive in Buffalo Friday morning (9:45 AM or so) and leave on Sunday Night (9:00 PM)

trillain will arrive Saturday Late Morning/Early Afternoon (Don't get here too late, Lain. We need to do lasertron too :) ) and leave Sunday, probably same time


Housing
Assuming I can get my mom's OK with it (which she'll probably give, slightly unhappy)...
kholnuu, trillain, and ecwoodburn will sleep at our house (kholnuu and I in Josh's, trillain in my room, my brother on the first floor and ecwoodburn in the basement)
Then I have to take care of three hotel rooms
One for one night (dawnstar and kolys)
One for two nights (coderlemming, xb95 and janinedog) (I'm saying two days, Mark and Janine, because I figure, depending on price, you'll prefer to take Kar's and Rak's for Sunday Night as it'll be the price of a one-bed room vs. two-bed room. So this one is up in the air)
And.. one for three night (kareila and alierak) (See reasoning up above)
This time, I'll see if we can't get them all in one hotel. That'd be best.


Plans
Midnight Bowling on Friday Night (Need to be there by 11:30 and it goes until 3:00)
Lasertron on Saturday Afternoon
Otherwise.. whatever appeals.. Card Games, DDR, Videos, Video Games etc. Just.. whatever :)
