Actually, if all you're concerned about is staying fit, all the information I've read says just work out for half an hour 3 or 4 days a week.
Gotta break a sweat, tho...
Well, it's slightly more complicated than that... it's supposed to be that if you can do what yer doing and breathe normally, you're probably not working hard enough but if you can't work out and talk at the same time, you're probably working too hard.
Anyways, I highly recommend it.
Plus, it can be great for relieving work related stress.
Just wake up at 11:30 instead of 12:00, work out for half an hour, and THEN go to work.
Or something like that.
