I think 8 is Surfin USA by The Beach Boys...
11 is You Were Always On My Mind... as to which artist it would be, I'd probably guess you have the Willie Nelson version, as opposed to the original Elvis or The Pet Shop Boys.
15 is the Rendezvous song... I forget who does that... maybe Three Doors Down?

12 kind of reminds me of a Matchbox 20 song.
