Time for a quick update

Wow. I actually have free time for a quick update.
Only because I couldn't finish my full work out today. I was extremely hot and felt a bit icky. Next time. I *DID* do the full workout yesterday (sans weightlifting) and christ, was I soaked in sweat.
That seems to be "The Issue" with it being so nice out. It gets godawful warm in the gym.
More reason I should try to jog outside.
..
Still not jogging outside, yet, though.
So, I did go to the Doctor's monday. He said I had an infection on TOP of Spring Fever. So he gave me two prescriptions which are definately helping for the infection, but I'm not sure are helping with the Spring Fever. I've been coughy since Sunday :P
Really feeling the pressure now. It's only a couple of days till I go down to Rochester to take the EITs. I'm pretty confident that I can pass it, but I'm working hard, all the same, to make sure I can.
I just don't like the bit where I get up at 4:45 in the morning to take a quick shower and eat before getting on the road at 5:30 to be in Rochester by 7:30 for the 8:30 exam.
My mother and grandmother are STRONGLY suggesting I get a hotel room, but A) I don't wanna pay for it, B) I'm sure I'd get a better nights sleep in my own house and C) I can honestly see myself getting lost in Rochester trying to find my way to the MCC campus. On the other hand, I have directions FROM Buffalo, so...
They're worried that the day might be too long and I shouldn't drive there and back.
For myself, I'm trying to get a car pool of some sort going. At least someone else. If not... I'll deal. But I'd rather leave from and return to Buffalo the same day.
It's going to be a long day regardless.
Actually, I'm looking forward to the road... 5:30-in the morning means that it should be relatively quiet (even the thruway), so a nice relaxing drive might be good.
Not much else going on in my life. Doing practice tests for the EIT. Working on projects for the Design class and GIS applications. Getting frustrated because the code someone gave me refuses to work right.
And enjoying the nice weather (except for in the gym).
Not much else. TTFN!
