Now I'm thinking maybe 4 is the Muppet Movie, although I haven't seen that one in a while either,

Perhaps so, but "origin story" makes more sense for Muppets.

And lite just confirmed that it is, indeed the Muppet movie (via e-mail). So that just leaves #10. And...it sounds like he thinks you would recognize it. *shrug*
