Bicycle Race

hkellickSo, I finally got my graduation gift. The end decision was that my family were all going to chip money in for a new bicycle. So we look around a bit, and finally we went to a store on Hertel Avenue and got me a bike.
Yay! :)
It's a nice bike. Cost $310 (plus money for a helmet, lock and bike rack to get it home). All in all, it cost... alot.
And s'why I'm prolly not going to NYC.
Of it, I'll prolly get $250 back. Eventually.
But.. the timing is perfect. It's been too hot to work out in the gym, except maybe to life weights, which I'll try tommorow. I'll just go in and lift weights. Prolly take a bike ride BEFOREHAND to limber myself up.
So, after having the first real bike ride in... a long time, I'm still pretty worn. It's a good worn, though. It's the worn of someone who worked out. Yay for that as it's been too hot to do much in the gym.
Not a whole lot else in my life. We've been doing some work around the house... stripping and re-wallpapering the bathrooms.
Otherwise, tis quiet.
So... I'll post, then... dunno what else to say.
