At kareila's behest, I have invested money I owed her into a good cause: Livejournal.
I am now the proud honor of a permanent account.
Which means I get to have five more kitty pictures. :o
God, it was difficult enough to pick the 10 I have, but to pick 5 more? :o
Ah, I guess I'll deal.

I'm most amused at the moment. My mom has just bet me $100 that Galadriel in LotR is Daryl Hannah (sp?) and I keep trying to tell her it's Cate Blanchett and that I'm wrong.
I even printed up the imdb sheet on LotR and she doesn't believe it.
So tommorow I'll have to queue up the credits and prove it.
My mom's so silly. :)

Also, I would just like it known that I love my new computer! :D

I know that's not the first time your mother's done that, but now I can't remember what the other role was that she got hilariously quite wrong. She's a poor betmaker if you ask me.

When I suggested last night that I'd be nice to her and would just ask her to buy the 3 DVD Austin Powers set, she admitted she didn't actually have the extra money right now, so I got her to back out of the best.
I love my mother, but this is the same mother who after 7 seasons of seeing Brent Spiner on TV didn't, even as I sat there pointing it out, realize he was the scientist in Independence Day. This is not her best thing. :)

I'm reconsidering another picture changearound.
Perhaps with some new-type picture for new-type reasons.
I'll probably give it some more thought before I turn it all about again.
Luckily, I saved all my previous LJPics and backed them up so that they are on this computer now.

I think I'm going to make my own background soon. An amalgamation of pictures and such.
Should be cool. :D
