I've wanted to write this post for a while, but I'm a lazy (and busy) bum, so... better late than never.
I fell off the weight loss wagon again. I just found better things to do with my time than going to the gym and stopped making going to the gym a priority.
What snapped me back onto the diet was getting into my spring clothes and realizing how clothes I looked pretty spiffy in last year didn't look so good.
So I went to look at the scale...
