Ice Age, Time Machine and The Results

I've been a busy busy dorkus.
We went to go see Ice Age last night. Like
planetjanine said, it was a cute but predictable movie. I agree that it almost seems that they were trying to cram any ice age/extinct species that they could think of into one movie, but it was cute and enjoyable and the pixie gives it 3 stars out of 5.
I also saw Time Machine two nights back. Another good movie. I enjoyed this movie quite a bit, especially the soundtrack and the special effects. To see what they did to the moon was a bit shocking. It was a fun romp, though, and the pixie gives the movie 3 stars out of 5.
So, the results of the experiment I started last Sunday? The experiment was a complete success.
As you may recall, on Sunday morning (last week), my weight was at a high of 253.83... nngh.. however due to my eating properly and working out 5 1/2 hours (I only got in a half hour of workout yesterday. I'm just wasn't (not sure I am) feeling.. right, ya know?
However, it's all good because one week later the weight dropped down to 247.67 lbs.
So let's do our math, eh?
253.83 -247.67 = 6.17 lbs.
I dropped 6.17 lbs.
Note, that's simply the reading in the scale. I doubt I dropped that much in the way of fat. Fat, by my guestimate, dropped from 250 to 247.5 which is approximately 2.5 lbs.
I have no proof of this, mind. It's POSSIBLE (though highly unlikely) it's a sustained water loss. That said, it probably is real weight loss.
Go me! :D
So I'm going to try and keep it up and see if I can get to and past 245 (which is the weight where I am no longer obese and am simply overweight).
Still, I've gone to and past 250!
I am *PAST* the 1/2 way mark.
Let's say it altogether now, kiddies: YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYY!!!! :D :D :D :D :D
*does a dance*
So, in other news, we're going to have dinner at grandma's house tonight: roast, I think. I'll have to try for a full hour of cardio today to offset the food I *WILL* eat there.
Not that I'm complaining.
OK, I'm off...
See y'all laters!
